What is the gender intended for this doll? (I generally paint male dolls with slightly thicker brows and in a more boyish way than girl dolls so knowing the gender is helpful to me :)

 
Do you have a color preference for the eyebrows? (Examples: light brown, dark brown, light grey, dark grey, light blonde, dark blonde, etc..)

 
Do you have a lip color preference? (Example: pink, nude, purple, red, etc) Describe colors shade if possible. **Please specify if you would like glossy or matte lips. (I will gloss the lips by default if you don't specify)

 
Do you have a eyeshadow color preference? (Example: smokey grey, pastel pink, purple, brown, etc..) **Please specify if you would like glossy or matte eyeshadow. Most people pick glossy. (I will gloss the eyeshadow by default if you don't specify) See link below for glossy and matte eyeshadow examples.

 
Do you have a certain facial expression in mind? If so what? (Examples: high eyebrows for a surprised or cute look, low eyebrows for a moodier look, high arched eyebrows for a sexier or devious kind of look, neutral, etc..) **Please note that depending upon the other features of the dolls face an expression can have a different look or may not be able to look a certain way. Also note that most people choose a neutral expression.

 
Does your doll have any facial modifications that you know of? (Examples: Puttied nose, reshaped eyes etc) If so describe the modification:

 

Is there a certain doll on my site that has a look similar to what you want? If so describe which one and what you'd like similar on your doll. Please note I do not do exact copy's of dolls I have done in the past.

 

I am able to do some facial modification to some dolls. If you are wanting any mods done please describe them here and I will get back to you if I am able and what the cost will be.

Also if you are wanting ear, facial or body piercings please describe what you’d like here also. I can also do some tattoos, manicures and pedicures (if you send the dolls body parts). If you’d like any of these extra things done please describe what you’d like done here and I will get back to you on the cost and if I am able to do it

Does you doll have glued in eyes? (eyes that are hot glued or set in with hardened putty will have an extra 10$ removal fee charge)
